Now even though I am also involved in Reiki, yoga and other healing arts I could sometimes wonder whether distant healing energy work, really worked. "Hi David, thought I'd write you tonight about the healing while the experience is fresh in mind and body! I could tell when the healing started because I felt a rush of wonderful energy come into my torso. The first thing I was aware of after that was a spot at the top and inside of my head being worked on, as though a new, positive and happy language imprint was being substituted there for old angry negative and critical scripts. My ears also seemed affected by this. For the rest of the healing afterward I felt as though different parts of my body and energy field were being worked on, both in small, very specific places as well as throughout the whole which felt subtly uplifted and expanded. First I was aware of "pangs" in my lower back, then on the inside of my right thigh, in the back of my heart chakra and between my heart chakra and left shoulder (it was as though a "bridge" was created there). Later my attention was drawn to my face and central column, and I felt work going on all up and down both sides of my spine. There was quite a bit of subtle left-right shifting and it feels now as though there is much more balance between the right and left sides, something which has been gradually increasing over the course of the healings we've done together.
